Who we work with

Each client arrives with a different decision to make. Choose yours to see the problems we solve and what you can commission.

Governments and public-health institutions

You need new capacity, such as a hospital, a specialised service or a financing reform, and the budget cannot carry it alone.

What you can commission

  • Feasibility and business cases for new facilities
  • PPP readiness and structuring options
  • Health financing and efficiency reviews
  • Regional financing models for high-cost care

From health need to a decision-ready project

Most health projects stall between a convincing need and a case that financiers and regulators can approve. We work across that gap.

  1. Define the need

Who will be served, with what model of care, and at what scale. The service drives the design, not the building.

  2. Test feasibility

Demand, workforce, capital and running costs modelled honestly, with assumptions every stakeholder can challenge.

  3. Structure the partnership

Who carries which risk, how payment works, and how quality and access are protected over the life of the contract.

  4. Build in compliance

Regulatory pathway, governance and documentation designed in from the start, for every market you intend to enter.

  5. Prepare the decision

A clear, documented case that ministries, boards, financiers and regulators can assess on its merits.

We prepare projects for financing and regulatory decisions. Funding, approvals and outcomes remain the decision of the relevant institutions.
